We feature an extensive portfolio based on our E/Strem and E/Xpand battery ranges, which enables us to develop systems tailored to the specific needs of each project in terms of capacity, power, and application alike.
BESS solutions tailored to every project
Among our offerings, E/Strem CNT truly stands out our containerised BESS system engineered for large-scale energy storage applications.
Its modular architecture allows for a capacity of up to 12.5 MWh and the integration of up to three independent blocks, each equipped with its own liquid cooling system and fire protection. Furthermore, it incorporates an intelligent control system that streamlines configuration and ensures seamless adaptation to the specific requirements of each installation.
Solidifying our presence in large-scale storage projects
The growth of our business in the utility-scale segment is one of CEGASA Energy’s key milestones this year, further driven by the commissioning in February of our new manufacturing plant in Jundiz (Vitoria-Gasteiz).
This development is reflected in landmark projects such as our first international utility-scale supply contract, carried out in partnership with Fitcraft Energy in the Czech Republic during the first half of the year, and UPNA Green, located on the campus of the Public University of Navarre.
Both projects demonstrate our capability to execute large-scale energy storage installations and rise to the needs of a constantly evolving market.Energy storage expertise powering new sectors
The value proposition we offer goes far beyond utility-scale applications. The experience we have gained in developing and manufacturing storage solutions enables us to serve different sectors, offering systems adapted to the precise requirements of each application.
Examples of this include E/Strem 52 Blue, designed for the marine sector, and our E/Xpand BOX storage solution integrated with Ingeteam’s electric vehicle chargers which provides vital energy support for charging infrastructure.
Both developments reflect the versatility of our portfolio and our ability to apply our storage expertise to sectors such as electric mobility and the marine industry, helping to tackle the new challenges of the energy transition.
