Our Ethical Business Principles, defined in our Code of Ethics and Conduct of CEGASA ENERGÍA, transversal to all our Policies, reflect our commitment to the highest standards of ethics and integrity and define the way in which we carry out our activity, translating our adherence to the highest social, ethical and environmental standards.

We consider it essential to have internal information channels, through which a person who is aware of a violation of our ethical principles of action, codes and policies, as well as any serious or very serious criminal offences, can report it to CEGASA ENERGÍA so that it can correct or repair the damage as soon as possible.

CEGASA ENERGÍA is governed by the principles of trust, impartiality and protection throughout the entire information management process.

For all these reasons, we attach the procedure for investigating and responding to complaints and whistleblower protection. This procedure reflects our commitment to ensure the secure communication and internal investigation of information, with the aim of guaranteeing its appropriate treatment, as well as ensuring the confidentiality of the identity or anonymity of the informant and that of the persons affected, restricting access to the information to duly authorised personnel only.

Confidentiality and rights of the whistleblower
