Peak shaving installation at Bodega Vega Tolosa (Spain)

Vega Tolosa is a family winery that produces organic wines from its vineyards grown in the Cabriel Valley (Spain), recently declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.

The challenge:

This organic wine winery wanted to take further steps in its sustainability strategy by maximising its self-consumption of energy.

The solution:

We installed a Peakshaving system with 0 injection and storage system achieving a CO2 emission saving of 10.2 t and an energy cost reduction of €19,800 per year.
